Women's Leadership Council
The Women's Leadership Council, commonly referred to as the WLC, is a network of alumnae whose main goal is to uplift and support Trinity's female undergraduates.
The WLC was formed in 2010, intentionally the same year of the 40th year anniversary of coeducation at Trinity. The group of female trustees behind its founding wanted to increase the ties female graduates had to the school, supporting women throughout all stages of their careers, and providing mentorship to female undergraduates as they prepare for life after college.
As of 2021, the WLC had donated 2.3 million to Trinity and had established over 250 events made to respond to the needs of female undergrads. These events have included interview workshops, networking nights, hikes, and partnerships with the the Society of Women Engineers and Women and Gender Resource Action CenterGender Resource Action Center at Trinity.
