Vernon K. Krieble

Vernon K. Krieble (1886-1964) was an American inventor and educator. He was born in Worcester, PA and graduated from Brown University. Krieble was the Scoville Professor of Chemistry at Trinity from 1920 to 1955 after teaching for 13 years at McGill University.

Krieble is known for discovering Loctite in 1955 after retiring from Trinity.

Krieble died in 1964, leaving behind a wife, a daughter, and a son.
