Trinity Varsity Weight Room
The Varsity Weight Room is located in the Ferris Athletic Center and is utilized by all Trinity sports teams. It contains dumbbells, pull-down machines, and benches, as well as a variety of other strength training equipment.
Upgrades and expansions to Ferris's weight room were made in the late 1980s and the early 1990s, with additional renovations in September 2018. All of the older equipment was removed and replaced with equipment that was specially ordered for Trinity through Sorinex, an exercise company commonly used by college gyms. The flooring was also replaced during these renovations, making it safer and more supportive.
