The Queer Resource Center, or QRC for short, provides educational and social programs for Trinity's LGBTQ+ students. The center opened in 2005 at 114 Crescent Street. The building contains a library with queer media, a conference room, kitchen, and a small computer lab.
The center works under the Office of Multicultural Affairs and has a director of LGBTQ+ affairs. QRC puts on events in order to make safe places for queer students and raise awareness about LGBTQ+ issues. Events and activities include Ally Week, Safe Space Training for faculty and staff, and Lavender Graduation. The center is also home to EROS, Encouraging Respect of Sexuality, the student-run queer advocacy group on campus.
